Offline Mode - You can make payment via ATM bank-in,
bank deposit, or online bank transfer to the following bank:

Online Mode - For online mode there are 2 types of payment.We have authorized iPay88 as our payment gateway.

Shipping Info
I) Fotokem offers FREE Pos Laju registered mail shipping to West Malaysia , Sabah and Sarawak.
II) We will check your items in the box and also test your equipment to make sure your equipment works before we ship to you.
III) We will ship out your item within 2 business days excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays of receiving cleared payment.
IV) We ship your item with Pos Laju registered mail, which generally takes
between 1-5 days after the item has been handed to the service point.
V) A tracking number will be provided to you once your item is shipped.
You can track the status of your item at POSLAJU.
VI) The estimated delivery time is subjected to change according to the
weather condition, customs or security issue. Please contact us if you
do not receive your item, we will investigate the whereabout of your
item, and will provide a feedback within 48 hours.
Return & Warranty Info
I) One year MANUFACTURER warranty is offered for this item purchased from E-Avenues.
II) If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail us your
order detail, product condition along with proof of purchase within 7
business days of delivery to obtain an authorisation for returns.
III) Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded by E Avenues. Any
complaints forward to us after the 7 days period will no longer be
accepted.
IV) Return shipping charges will be responsible by the buyer.
V) Damaged/defective product must be returned with the original packaging and accessories in a securely packed and wrapped package.
VI) After receiving the returned product, we will examine and test the
defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you
described is found valid, we will deliver you a replacement.
VII) Return with other reasons than damage/defective product is NOT accepted on all items.

XI) All products purchased from E-Avenues comes with ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. We do not sell any overseas stocks or grey market stocks.
